Terms and Conditions for TS Canadian Immigration Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of immigration services by TS Canadian Immigration Services ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us") to the client ("you", "the Client"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Refund and Payment Policy

2.1. Payment Terms

All consultation fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduled consultation. Payments can be made via e-transfer or bank deposit for domestic clients. A receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.

2.2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be issued if the consultation was not provided or conducted by TS Canadian Immigration Services. Refunds will not be issued for completed consultations or for client-initiated cancellations without proper notice, as outlined in the cancellation policy.

2.3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of the transaction. If the client paid via bank transfer, a refund will be issued by cheque in the client’s name, unless a Third-Party Payment Authorization Form was provided and approved prior to the transaction.

2.4. Third-Party Payments

If a third party makes a payment on behalf of the client, a Third-Party Payment Authorization Form must be completed and signed by both the client and the third party (payee), and a copy of the client’s government-issued ID is required. Refunds will be issued only to either the third party (payee) or the client, depending on the terms outlined in the signed Authorization Form on file.

Refund requests must be initiated by the client only. The third party (payee) will not have access to the client’s file at any time and is not entitled to request or receive a refund on behalf of the client.

2.5. Administrative Fees

Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of up to $20.00 CAD, depending on the payment method and processing requirements. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

2.6. Non-Billable Services

Please note that the initial consultation does not include document review, form filling, document scanning, printing, or photocopying services. These services are not part of the consultation and are not offered at this stage.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

3.1. Cancellation Notice Requirement

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled consultation. Notice must be provided via email during business hours.

3.2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.

  • Clients who fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-shows) will forfeit the full consultation fee, and no refund will be issued.

3.3. Rescheduling

Clients who provide at least 48 hours’ notice may reschedule their consultation at no additional cost, subject to availability. One rescheduling is permitted per consultation booking. Further changes may require a new consultation booking and fee.

3.4. Consultant-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that TS Canadian Immigration Services must cancel or reschedule a consultation, clients will be offered the option to:

  • Reschedule the appointment at the earliest available time, or

  • Request a full refund of any consultation fee already paid.

3.5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of TS Canadian Immigration Services, upon written request and supporting documentation where applicable.

4. Consultation Attendance and Participation Policy

4.1. Client Exclusivity

Consultations will be provided exclusively to the client who signed the Initial Consultation Agreement. Family members, friends, or other individuals—and their immigration matters—will not be included in the consultation unless prior arrangements have been made.

4.2. Accompaniment Notification

The client is responsible for notifying us in writing, prior to the consultation, if anyone will accompany them during the session. This notice must include the full name of the accompanying person and their relationship to the client.

4.3. Children and Distractions

To ensure that you receive the full benefit of your consultation and to minimize any distractions, we kindly request that you do not bring children with you during your appointment. As our office does not have a designated waiting area, we encourage you to make alternative arrangements for childcare during your visit.

4.4. Cell Phone Etiquette

Please set your cell phone to silent during the consultation to avoid interruptions.

5. Aggressive Behavior Policy

At TS Canadian Immigration Services, we are committed to providing a safe and professional environment for all clients and staff. We expect all interactions to be conducted with respect and courtesy.

5.1. Zero Tolerance for Aggression

We do not tolerate any form of aggressive behavior, including but not limited to, verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, or physical aggression. If any individual exhibits aggressive behavior during a consultation, we reserve the right to terminate the meeting immediately and may refuse further services.

5.2. Termination of Services

Clients engaging in aggressive behavior may be subject to the termination of their agreement with our office, and any outstanding fees may still be due for services rendered.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

The Company values the privacy of its clients and adheres to all relevant privacy legislation. We will not disclose any personal information provided by the client to any third party, except as required by law or with the client’s express written consent. The client agrees to allow the company to collect and use their personal information for the purpose of providing immigration services.

7. Limitation of Liability

TS Canadian Immigration Services is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur on the premises during your visit. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries from slips, falls, or any other accidents, as well as the loss or damage of personal items. Clients are advised to take care of their personal belongings during their visit. The company will not be held liable for any incidents or damages that occur in the office or the building.
